- Type the SITE YOU WANTED to search in www.google.com and type SCAM in front of it. e.g www.scam.com space SCAM then GO! This will give you lots of reviews that is enough to guide you in your decision making.
- Go to whois.com to get some useful analysis of the site. whois is going to give you detail analysis of the website. You will get things like Where is the site hosted? Who owns the site? Is the site private or business? and many more useful information will be provided.
Sincerely speaking, these are what I do before making any serious commitment.
