Let me start by telling you what a blog is:
A blog is a mini website that you can start with little or no money involved, while blogging is the act of making your blog active by posting. However, your blog can be a free or paid blog.
In this article, I will be teaching you how blogging can be fun and highly rewarding. To start with - you must know that your blog must be captivating, educative, informative and reliable. More-so, your post must be original. Post is the information displayed on your blog for others to read.
So, how do you write a good post to create a captivating blog? It is necessary to understand the following if you must profit from your blog.

3. How to blog
Now, that we know the three important steps to profit blogging. I think it’s high time we explain each of the above steps in details.
What to Blog
Let me lucidly posit that the best blog will always be from the blogger's interest. If there is no interest there is no reason to blog. Meaning your interest in your blog determines its success or failure. It made no meaning to invest time, effort and probably money on things that gives you no joy. BLOG WHAT YOU ENJOY! This does not mean you can’t develop interest in other areas as time goes on, but at first - BLOG YOUR INTEREST! Sometimes INTEREST is not enough, so your must blog on relevant and significant issues else your blog will be wonky.
Who to blog
This is actually talking about your targeted audience - to who are you blogging? Who are those that will benefit from your blog?
Your audiences are divided into two:
i. The Special Audiences
ii. The General Audiences
The Special Audiences are people with special challenges. They are usually people who need some direct information: a drug addict, cancer patients, pregnant women, Job seekers e.t.c
The General Audiences are people with general issues. They need general information: usually on money, love, sex, education, shelter, business, health, marriage, peace, security, technology e.t.c
You need to be more attentive now than ever. This is because a successful blog will always meet the need of both Special and General Audiences. If you must succeed in blogging then you must blog on these two. If your blog is only on one of the audience your blog is likely to fail. Do you know why a blog for both audiences will succeed? Because it’s a blog for ALL (both Special and General audiences)!

How to Blog
This is going to be the most informative part of this article and a bit lengthy. I think by now, you should know me as a friend and not just a blogger. Telling you this will be a proof of my friendship to you. I am Oluwabiyi Ayodele Samson an online marketer. I am from Nigeria and I love impacting lives positively. I know am not the only one in this service to change the world, but just privilege to be one of the numerous. Like a proverb in my home town, which says; “kiko ni mimo”, meaning, “Teaching is learning”. That is why am going to assume you know nothing about writing a compelling blog. Writing a good and compelling blog really requires lots and lots of effort. I mean, it’s demanding and tasking. I know this is actually against the lies that some scrupulous marketers must have told you in other to rub you of your hard earned money.
Following these steps will enable you to write a profitable blog in few minutes.
Step 1: Assume Your Readers
Do you know that some bloggers will not be able to convince their readers even when facing them physically? Yes! That is why it’s important you assumed your readers. If you (the blogger) is the reader what will be your questions, doubts and expectations?
The above questions demand clear answers, which will be your guide to write a successful blog.
Step 2: Gather Enough Information To Be An Authority
This step is very important because if your readers find out your incompetence in your chosen niche. The consequences might not be bearable for you, because this will make your blog a hit-or-miss blog before them, and also ignite their hoo-hah towards you for wasting their precious time. The happenstance is that they will not come back neither will they give any good comment about your blog to friends. In other not to create a wonky blog, it is expedient of you to have made a profound research on your chosen niche.
Step 3: Make Your Blog Physical
The mistake of most bloggers was that they never made their blog physical - they enjoyed talking in abstract. Even people who are physically with you could get you run sometimes; how much more the ones over the net. That’s why you must strive to make your blog physical and real as much as possible. Making a blog physical means; writing the blog as if you are talking to your readers physically using your five senses. Write your blog as if you are physically speaking to your readers – speak your blog rather than writing your blog.
Step 4: Make It Clear, Please!
To elucidate more on the above step. This seems to be one of the most important steps toward a successful blog – make your blog clear and simple. Don’t forget; “it takes all sorts to make a world”. You should try as much as possible to make your blog simple, straight forward and catching. It is also good to avoid distractions when writing.
Step 5: Satisfy Your Readers
It is heartening to see some bloggers neglecting their responsibility of providing answers to their readers question and doubt, even when they knew what exactly their readers needed/wanted. What is the use of a catching and compelling blog without the abilities to provide answer to questions?
Leaving your readers unsatisfied with dubitable information made your blog wonky.
If your blog is not what you wanted, then try the above steps and see your blog changes for the better. It is good to know that blogging is good and interesting but at the same time tasking and demanding.
In addition to the aforementioned you must update your blog daily with two or more posts.
